StayAven provides an online hotel booking platform for hotels in Nepal. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through eSewa, Khalti, or ConnectIPS. Prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please review the specific cancellation policy before completing your booking. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

StayAven acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels. We are not liable for any issues arising from your stay. Please contact the hotel directly for on-property concerns.
