How do I make a booking?
Search for your destination, select dates and guests, choose a hotel, pick a room, and complete payment via eSewa, Khalti, or card.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Go to My Bookings, find your booking, and click Cancel. Cancellation policies vary by hotel — check before booking.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, IME Pay, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Arrival (for selected hotels).
How do I get my booking confirmation?
A confirmation email and SMS is sent immediately after payment. You can also view your booking in My Dashboard.
What if the hotel doesn't match the description?
Contact us within 24 hours of check-in at support@stayaven.com and we'll investigate and resolve your issue.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your card details.
